Simple! Clean the top of your racket with the included alcohol wipe and let it dry. Then peel back the adhesive strip and place the PadelGrab neatly centered on the frame. Press firmly for about 30 seconds and let your racket rest upside down for 24 hours for optimal adhesion. Then you're ready to play – and you'll never have to bend over again!
