PadelGrab is protected under Registered Community Design EUIPO No. 015113255-0001. This registration protects the distinctive appearance of our product throughout the European Union. Products with an identical or confusingly similar design may infringe our exclusive design rights.

TRADE NAME

The name ‘PadelGrab’ is our official trade name, registered in the Netherlands with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK). The use of the same or a confusingly similar name for padel products or related activities may constitute unlawful use under Dutch trade name law.

COPYRIGHT

All product photos, videos, texts, graphics and designs published by PadelGrab are original works protected by copyright. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution or modification is not permitted.

ENFORCEMENT

We have encountered businesses that copied our product design, misused our name or used our content without permission. Where necessary, we take action through legal channels and platform enforcement procedures to protect our rights.
