At PadelGrab, we take the protection of our brand and products very seriously. Our designs, name, and content are legally protected, and we actively enforce our rights.

Registered Design

PadelGrab is protected under Registered Community Design EUIPO No. 015113255-0001. This registration covers the distinctive appearance of our product throughout the entire European Union. Any company offering identical or confusingly similar products within the EU is infringing on our exclusive rights.

Trade Name

The name “PadelGrab” is our official trade name, registered in the Netherlands (KvK). Using the same or a confusingly similar name for padel products or related activities is unlawful under Dutch trade name law.

Copyright

All product photos, videos, texts, and designs on this website and our social media channels are original works, protected by copyright law. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or editing of this content is strictly prohibited.

Enforcement

Unfortunately, we have already dealt with several companies trying to copy our design, misuse our name, or use our photos without permission. In all cases, we have taken steps to protect our rights, and in all instances this has led to removal of the infringing content or products.

Warning

Any reproduction, imitation, or unauthorized use of our design, brand name, or original content will be considered an infringement of our rights. We will not hesitate to take immediate action through the appropriate legal and platform channels to protect our brand and our customers.
