Refund policy
Your right of withdrawal (EU)
For orders shipped within the European Union, the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days applies, in accordance with European consumer law.
This right applies without prejudice to the conditions outlined below.
Conditions for returns
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be unused and undamaged
- Be in the same condition as when received
- Be returned in its original packaging
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase or an order number
Products that are used, damaged, or incomplete may be refused.
How to request a return – step-by-step
Step 1 – Request a return
Send an email to info@padelgrab.com including the following information:
- Name of the person who placed the order
- Order number
- Reason for return
Returns that have not been requested in advance will not be accepted.
Step 2 – Return the product
After your return request has been approved, you will receive an email from us within 1–3 business days containing a return label that we create for you.
You can attach this return label to the package and use it to send your order back.
Step 3 – Inspection & refund
Once we have received and inspected the returned product:
- We will refund the purchase amount within 5 business days
- Shipping and return costs are not refunded
The refund will be issued using the same payment method that was used to place the order. Shipping costs are not refunded.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at info@padelgrab.com and include photos where applicable.
We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like to receive a different product, the fastest way is to:
- Return the original product following the steps above
- Place a new order separately
Once the return has been accepted, the purchase amount will be refunded.
